Cancellation and Refund
You cannot cancel an order once it is placed and paid for. Since readying of shipment begins the moment the order is placed so cancellation of an order once placed is not allowed.
1. No requests for return will be accepted post 24 hours of delivery. We will initiate a refund or replacement only if you notify us with details of any deficiencies within 24 hours of delivery/receipt of the plants.
2. You will need to send an image of the product by email firstname.lastname@example.org for claiming that the product is damaged or is not meeting the description. The product should be returned in its actual condition received at the time of delivery.
3. If the package is not received within 4-5 working days, you should immediately contact us through email (email@example.com) or phone (+91-9007577861) to track your package and help you trace the package in case of delay in transit.
4. We don't accept claims if the order is delayed transit and we weren't informed as per the above clause.
5. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
6. The returns will be made at your own cost.
7. REFUND: Returns will be processed within 10 days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued in the original payment account.
